A Rockin Week

Here are a whole bunch of random pictures of this past week which has ROCKED on so many different levels. I´m doing all sorts of stuff with all sorts of people, from going to Capoeira shows of the guys in my group to hanging out with hippies downtown with Omar and Chuy to riding a bus downtown and shopping with Heda. I´ll just collage all of the pics together to mix it up within the next few entries.

My Easter was absolutely amazing!!! I went to Miguel Leão with my best friend Aubrey´s family. Their house is on this hill that looks over the tiny city, and it is gorgeous. We ate a lot, talked a lot, swam a lot, and lots more. Aubrey and I even got to ride horses around the jungle surrounding the house, just the two of us and a farmhand, and it was like nothing I´d ever done before. We rode for about 2.5 hours, and we finished off by swinging around into the city. Seriously, we felt like the princified Shrek in Shrek 2 when he rode through the city for the first time with everyone stopping to stare and wave and say good afternoon to us. Someone even took a picture of us with their cell phone camera when we stopped for a drink at a cantina! Well anyways, here are a few pictures--more to come!
